If you’re short on time, you can still get a great workout in only 45 minutes!

The holiday season always brings more responsibilities that seem to take up a lot of our free time and/or our time to make it into the gym. I know this sounds familiar to most, but it is very important that we continue to make our health and workouts a priority. The holiday season is a time for celebration, so let’s continue making gains and reaching goals in the gym. This way we don’t have to worry about the little ‘extras’ or additional ‘cheat days’ we might encounter along the way!

What do you do when you’re short on time and want to get a great full-body work out? These 5 movements:

  • Front Squat
  • Deadlift
  • Pull Up
  • Overhead Press (aka Shoulder Press)
  • Jump Rope

The combination of these 5 movements will help you build muscle, increase core strength and midline stability while also improving balance, explosive power, coordination, agility, and cardiovascular endurance. Try this awesome workout that is guaranteed to get you in and out of the gym as well as the results you’re looking for.

7 minutes: Warm Up: Jump Rope
5 minutes: Front Squats
2 minutes: Jump Rope
5 minutes: Deadlifts
2 minutes: Jump Rope
5 minutes: Pull ups
