At California Family Fitness, it's our mission to create family friendly gyms where fitness meets fun. Our focus on fitness for all ages and stages of life makes us unique. We offer the total package when it comes to individual and family health and wellness, with programs, amenities, and facilities that set us apart from other gyms.
Kidz Klub. Our gym childcare is a reflection of what we value most--family fitness and health. While other gyms might provide a place for your kids to hang out while you exercise, we offer our youngest members programs and amenities designed just for them! We offer safe childcare for children 3 month to 122 years, with games, toys and activities appropriate for each developmental level. We'll keep your child so entertained with activities, they'll want to come back again and again!
Basketball Courts. Cal Fit members are never far from a basketball court. If playing basketball is your favorite way to work out, or you just want to unwind and practice some shots with your friends, there's a gym with a basketball court near you! Our courts have hoops hung at regulation height and we always have balls available for your use. The pair of NCAA-regulation-size basketball courts at the Rocklin Sports Complex hosts Tuesday and Wednesday night basketball leagues, where drop-in players are welcome! And the rooftop basketball court is one of the highlights of our Downtown Sacramento gym.
Classes. Group exercise classes are a popular way to get your exercise while having fun in a supportive environment. At Cal Fit, we make it a priority to offer classes for every member of the family, and each certified instructor can help you modify the movements for your fitness level. Along with yoga, cycling, pilates, Zumba, and strength training classes, we offer exciting specialty classes like PiYo, Barre Fusion, BollyX, and U-Jam! Personal Training. Cal Fit provides access to certified personal trainers so you can benefit from their knowledge and experience. Working with a personal trainer, whether one-on-one or with a group, helps keep you accountable, stay motivated, and experience the results you want. Our custom fitness plans, expert advice, and pre-planned workouts tailored just for you will take guesswork out of working out, so you can maximize your time in the gym and achieve your goals. For a lower cost than personal training, you can get the leadership of a trainer in small group training or Body Fit classes.
Rewards Program. Working out has plenty of benefits, but how about a few fun incentives along the way to keep you motivated and help you develop healthy lifelong habits? Our members have access to Cal Fit Perks, which reward them with points every time they check in, attend classes, refer a friend, meet with a trainer, make purchases in our clubs, and when they have a birthday! Perks points can be redeemed for merchandise, club services (like Hydromassage, monthly dues, and personal training), savings on hotels, and other exclusive deals and special offers.
Special Events. Our clubs host fun activities for members year round, like parents night out, Trunk or Treat, and Santa visits. Along with free programming that our members can enjoy, we host a number of specialty classes open to the community taught by area professionals at value rates.
