It's a free day of yoga, all over town! Our Sacramento gyms are excited to bring the benefits of yoga to all community members this Labor Day. On Monday, September 2, 2019 many of our clubs will be hosting FREE yoga classes, plus giving Cal Fit members extra Perks points for attendance!

Each year, hundreds of yogis show up all over town for free classes, community and fun.  From morning till night every Labor Day, Sacramento-area studios offer free yoga opportunities -- from flow to restorative and everything in between.  Whether an absolute beginner or an advanced practitioner, Sacramento Free Day of Yoga has something for you. 19081_WebsitePhoto_Updates_Yoga

Even nonmembers can enjoy classes led by our talented and welcoming yoga instructors. Introduce your friends and family to your favorite form of yoga, or come experience yoga for the first time. All levels are welcome. See class locations and times below. Remember, all FREE yoga classes will be held on Monday, September 2nd. Members will earn 50 Cal Fit Perks points for each of the yoga classes they attend at a Cal Fit club on this day, and 100 Cal Fit Perks points for attending a class at Madison Avenue Radiant Yoga Studio!
