You can watch Stacey put together a nutrient-rich smoothie and hear her tips for boosting its energy impact. Below is the list of ingredients that go into the smoothie she makes, plus a few easy-to-find alternatives.
Breakfast Smoothie Ingredients
10 ice cubes
½ cup frozen blueberries
¼ can full fat coconut milk
1 heaping tablespoon nut or seed butter (almond, cashew, sunflower, etc.)
2 tablespoons collagen powder (or protein powder of your choice)
1 square raw cacao butter (optional—you can also use 1 tablespoon coconut butter or coconut oil)
1-2 tablespoons raw cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
1 cup water
