Breakfast Smoothie Ingredients

10 ice cubes

½ cup frozen blueberries

½ banana

½ avocado

¼ can full fat coconut milk

1 heaping tablespoon nut or seed butter (almond, cashew, sunflower, etc.)

2 tablespoons collagen powder (or protein powder of your choice)

1 square raw cacao butter (optional—you can also use 1 tablespoon coconut butter or coconut oil)

1-2 tablespoons raw cacao powder (or cocoa powder)

1 cup water

Blend together to suit your breakfast tastes!
